Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

This policy explains how Polar Opposite Technologies LLC ("Polar Opposite", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use Polar Engine, including the web dashboard, desktop apps, API and integrations (the "Service"). Customers who sign in also accept our Data & Privacy Terms, which give more detail and take precedence for licensed workspaces.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content to target advertising.

3. Ad accounts you connect

When you connect a Meta ad account or a Google Ads account to Polar Engine, we store an access token for it, encrypted, and which ad account, Page and Instagram account each of your brands uses. We use them only to upload the videos and images you approve, create the campaigns you approve (paused until you turn them on), and read their results back into your workspace. We do not sell this data, share it with other customers, or use it to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time in Settings › Integrations, or remove Polar in your Facebook or Google account settings.

4. Google user data

Polar Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide features to the workspace that connected it. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI models, not used to make images or videos, and not included in aggregated statistics. People do not read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.

5. Content we do not make

Polar Engine makes marketing content for businesses. It does not make sexual, nude or intimate images of anyone, and our Terms of Service forbid using it to try. The image and video models it uses keep their own safety filters on.

6. Shopify stores

If you connect a Shopify store, we read the store and product information needed to create content for it. Polar Engine does not store your shoppers' personal information, and we answer Shopify's data request and deletion requests.

7. Who we share information with

To do the work you request, the Service sends the needed content to the AI, data and infrastructure providers it runs on, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, xAI, Higgsfield, SerpApi, DataForSEO, Firecrawl, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare and Resend. Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not share your content with other customers.

8. Staff access

Authorized Polar Opposite staff can view workspace data, without changing it, for support, quality, security and product improvement. Every view is logged with its reason, and the log is visible to your organization in Settings › Data & privacy. Staff access never includes Google data or stored credentials.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your organization uses the Service. When you delete something, a private copy is kept for 90 days so mistakes can be undone, then permanently erased. Backups roll over on a limited schedule. Some records, such as billing and access logs, are kept longer for legal and security reasons.

10. Deleting data from your Facebook login

To have us delete the data we received through your Facebook login, remove Polar in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites) and choose to send a deletion request. We delete it at once and give you a confirmation code. You can also email info@polaropposite.ai.

11. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, keep each organization's records separate with database access rules, store credentials encrypted, and limit staff access by role. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach affects their data.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to its use. Email info@polaropposite.ai. If your information was entered by one of our business customers, we will help that customer respond to your request.

13. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

14. International users

The Service is operated from, and our database is hosted in, the United States.

15. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify customers in the Service.
